Weaponized spacecraft is outlawed by the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 but there is a large chance some nations with a space program are building weaponized spacecraft, and the Trump administration ordered the creation of a Space Force beginning in 2020, and Russia has already had a space based branch of it’s armed forces since the days of the Soviet Union.
