A strategy to aims to continually push a country to it’s social, political, economic and structural limits either until it capitulates to the enemy’s will or collapses at the enemy’s behest. Typically used in prolonged war strategies, but in particular during psychological, information, chemical, biological, political and economic warfare campaigns where no brute force is necessary nor is politically nor legally justified.
