Mass Gaining

Many professional bodybuilders use mass gaining techniques, both in their workouts and in terms of their nutrition, to quickly build up their mass and then usually tone it down to perfection. Some take a more long term approach with their mass gaining routine, while others already have mass they need to slim down or convert into muscle. Either way, whatever your definition of mass gaining might be, the end result should always be muscle mass gain, even if you accumulate fat in the meantime.
